Bulk email & save bounced emails in db

I need an application that will be able to send 100,000 emails at one time. Application will read email addresses and attachment(file name only) from database.

Despite, my main objective is to save bounced emails in database. Synchronously or asynchronously. Since its 100,000 emails therefore there could be thousands or hundreds of bounced emails.

The application should be in .net technology, mainly in C# either windows service or windows application. SMTP should be used to send bulk emails.
