C# Base64 HTML HTTP Simple Project

I need some one to write a GUI win32 program in C#, must be in C# also must be designed as a project in MS Visual Studio 2003. The program needs to ask the user for a URL, then attempt to fetch the HTML source for that URL, proper error handling if the url doesnt dns or return properly (http ok 200) Then once we have the html source, you need to put each line (seperater of \r\n) into an array then go thro each line as a string preferably of the array and then if statement each line and look for the following matching lines, then store them into seperate strings and then show the user the information that was matched and found, I can give you a url of a live html page that has these lines in it. Keep in mind, the lines can be anywhere in the html, but should be one after another once found. Error checking please! the lines that need to be pulled out of the html and stored are: (I need just the data where ###'s are, store it into string tracking_Id) (Same as ID, just need the dats where ### is, store it into string tracking_lu Make this human readable code with comments please, as I am a c# programmer, but with no time on my hands, but I will be adding more tracking lines into the html urls and will need to expand this program in the very near future. The Tracking ID is an MD5 string, just tell the user it. The Tracking LU is a base64 encoded timestamp, please base64 uu decode it and show the user the time stamp. This should be simple.
