Banner Ad Tracking and Rotating

Cold Fusion Developer Needed: Modification of Coldfusion Application to ad features to a banner rotation system. New features to include ability to track page and time banner was clicked thru, ability to turn on and of based on time, and to accept different formats i.e. currently only accepts gif and jpg. would like to be able to except Flash. I have a content management system that was developed in Cold Fusion and is modular and need to develope some other new modules. It is feature rich and scalable.
