I currently have an online delivery service. My customers are learning to type faster. So I deliver them audio dictations every week at different speeds. Some get dictations at 60 words per minute - others at 190 - all different speeds. The dictations they get are delivered in order - A, B, C, D, E, F, G and so on. Once they hit Z, they get A2, B2, C2, D2 and so on. I have a Word document that I update weekly by hand. I've attached last week's delivery schedule. The info I need on the form is - Name (customer name) Dictation Speed (the speed and type of audio file) Dictation Files (the specific files they will get) Weeks (how many weeks in their order) Payment (status - paid or not) So right now I have to change by hand every order of A,B,C to D,E,F next week. Every order of S,T,U to V,W,X next week. And so on. That sequence is the only part that changes weekly. I also need to change the Dictation Speed by hand every now and then. A customer will sometimes want to change from 130 to 140. So I would change to 140 and change the sequence as well to A,B,C - starting over. I'm open to ways of doing this - Word - Excel - Other - but I NEED to be able to print out the schedules in some form close to how I have them now. Thanks! Marc
