Auto pricing program for Amazon.com listings.

We are looking for a program that will continuously monitor and modify our listings on [login to view URL] Program must be able to automatically log into our account & download listing reports, modify prices that need to be changed & upload the revisions back to Amazon.com. We are a low price leader on what we sell so we want our prices to be .01 lower that the next lowest price for the same item & condition. We also want to be able to set pricing thresholds that relate to the retail price of the product, i.e. do not price lower that 20% of retail price. The program must be able to function on our computer that runs Windows XP. A scheduling function would also be helpful in case we wanted to schedule the program to run or stop at certain times. I have already wasted a month working with someone that cannot even give me a working beta version. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
