Its a phpadsnew app. the application needs to sit on the computer (not internet) so that if the internet connection gets cut off the app will continue showing all of the ads through the browser, the browser window remains open . One way of achieveing the above is by using cache .All of the things (banners & advertisements) that are shown on each browser continues to play over and over until the internet connection comes back or for 24 hours.
