Animated desktop scrub brush

Hi, We would like a little animation that scrubs a floor and polishes a pair of shoes on the pc desktop. With it we will need a little taskbar icon. The entire animation should only be about 1 square inch ([url removed, login to view] x [url removed, login to view]) When clicked the application is to open a popup menu with the system tools, ie: Disk cleanup (%SystemRoot%\System32\[url removed, login to view]). Backup (%SystemRoot%\system32\[url removed, login to view]) Defrag (%SystemRoot%\System32\[url removed, login to view]) Sheduled Tasks (...)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows:

A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
