Alter an html page and convert it into optimised html.(repost)

The link here <[login to view URL]> shows an html page, i needed to make some changes to it. 1. The banner is made clickable but i need to change it such that when the mouse roll's over it ,it changes the content in the center of the page. 2.a dhtml menu (4 menus with about 4 drop down's each) in between the banner and the page. [login to view URL] logos on the right hand side has to be different as i have attached in this bid and each should correspond correctly to the content in the center of the page. 4. the transition effects that are seen now should not be altered and remain the same. [login to view URL] be open to minor changes. 6.I am open to suggestions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
