Affilate Data Cleaning

We are looking for someone in the United States or Canada with experience working with data from Commission Junction, Linkshare and other affiliate networks to develop a data cleaning and mapping process. This process must be developed in asp.net and store the data in a MS-SQL database.? Data feeds can either be obtained as XML or CSV files.? These files need to normalized, optimized and mapped to the proper structure. We are looking for someone to advise us as to what the best database structure is so our text and field searches are optimized.

## Deliverables

This application will be place on web server. If you have a better system to gather this information we are open to suggestions. This system must be secure and be as automated as possible.
