Add a plug in to wordpress blog

Add a "**register plug in**" to my wordpress blog We are working on this site **www.mejorcadadia.com.** programmer will find a free "register plug in" for the wordpress blog. This register plug in will allow for people to register to mejorcadadia web site. It will be a simple registration, name, email, and country. Once they register a confirmation email will be sent and verified on thier email. At the same time, once they register they will reguister for mejorcadadia newsletter. programmer will create a new list in phplist (already install in server). So here are the duties, 1. find a freee register pug in. 2. Install it in the wordpress. 3. palce a link in the home page to be able to register. These link will have the "safety" words for unwanted spammers. 4. send a verification link tho their email. 5. create a new list in php list so when people register for the site they automatically they do so for the newsletter. 6 Important: there is already created a database in mejorcadadia admin, we can use thast one, so all the programmer would have to do its to install a register box in the home page, and link ti to the admin database already created. Still a new php list will have to be created to conect the two.
