Import excel data into QuickBooks Online Edition so that it automatically creates sales receipts in QuickBooks for each person who makes a payment to us.
Then create a system whereby receipts within a certain date range are deposited while ensuring certain credit card merchant fees are removed from specific accounting classes.
Then, depending on which product/service a sales receipt is, we need to automate a journal entry to move 25% from one class to another.
Finally, we need to ensure that each deposit list (the initial excel document mentioned above) populates into a larger excel database organized by payments made for specific projects.

Basically we need the following:

1st step: Deposit into a master excel list
2nd step:
a. Create sales receipts for each payment (donation) - this will need to include:
inputting:
-name, and address fields
- date
- Product service
-class
-amount
- depending on where they are located, removing the donor message text
- filling in the payment information
- depending on where they are located either printing or sending the receipt
b. Depositing sales receipts on a specific day. Ensuring all credit card merchant fees are removed with the deposit.
c. Creating a journal entry that moves 25 or 30 % from one class to another (depending on the type of payment)
We are a nonprofit organization who raises money for children around the world (Africa, Asia, S America etc.) and need to automate our accounting system as we grow and accept more donations for our programs.
