Basically, I have about 10 reports that I want to consolidate into Access. I want to import them on a daily basis into Access so that people can see a? quick overview of the business critical stats.
I want to see them on a? page in a dashboard type layout.
VP Summary-can drill down to? anything below, only shows summary data for entire call center
? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Manager (sees summary data of Supervisors reporting to them)? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Supervisor (sees data only for his team)
? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? CSR- See's there personal Stats
I have? imported sample data into the tables and put most of the tables in. I've created the relationships.
My biggest issue is creating forms and figuring out why my query can't sum up numbers properly even when there formatted as number...
I honestly don't see this taking anymore then 1 to 2 hours depending on how fast you are.? I need you... you need my money.? And I want to look good for my boss....
? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
## Deliverables
So just to recap. I have an access database. I want to import the files daily into it. I want it to have a query that combines all the important fields that I want into a nice simple report that is viewable at 4 different levels.
VP, Manager, Supervisor, CSR.
The report needs to be daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, Yearly. YTD, MTD or date range
This should contain clean up macro's so that I can click 1 button to clean up the import tables
I also don't want the people viewing the report to be able to modify data. So make the report readonly with print ability.
I have the access file for you to work on...
