Practice management system for professional(HCFA1500) and dental office. Allows one or more users to enter claims and at the end of the day, batch all claims together and create an outbound 837 4010 A1 file. Outbound file must pass X12N validation. Buyer will validate outbound file. NC to the coder. Must have all whistle and bells associatd with traditional practice management software including: ability to create ad hoc reports re bill feature (single, batch or date range) Provider profile (unlimited) patient profile (unlimited) payer profile (unlimited) must be able to print to a default laser printer print single / multiple claims based on query claims history tracking / tracing - ability to resend a batch of claims or a single Code must be readable and documented thoroughly Written in VB 6.0 I require a project plan, milestones and coder to meet deliverables. Had to prove the problem was with the ISP not me. thx Paul ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
