AIM smileys program needed

I need someone very familiar with AOL's instant messenger program (AIM) There are hundreds of smileys that can be used with AIM. For example, if you type :-) you will get a cute little angel smiley. There is a page that lists all of these smileys [login to view URL] What I need is a small program that can include all these smileys into the AIM Program. So, what I need is a program that can insert a new tab in the AIM program saying something like "special smileys", when the user clicks on that tab, he will get all the categories listed. When he hovers over a category, a window will popup with all the smileys for that category. When he clicks on one of the smileys, it will automatically be inserted in his chat window. The progam should work with AIM versions 5.0-6.0 and windows, and be as small in size as possible and very user-friendly since it would be used by young people Please send me a PM with any questions you might have about this project. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
