A website similar to Shopify.com, with elements of other sites

Hey, I'm looking to work with a freelancer who is able to create a website similar to [login to view URL] but who is able to edit and integrate aspects of other websites into it. The website will offer viewers the option to purchase webdesign in 3 packages (where the shopping cart is similar to [login to view URL]). The viewer will land on the homepage and enter their business name and click Get Started. The next page will display 3 packages (again similar to vimeo) and the header will be the company they entered on the landing page. When a package is selected the viewer will be taken to a page where they will select a layout (a little like rdios "device supported section), enter their details including payment details where you'll interage a Stripe payment gateway. Once a payment has been taken; an account would have automatically been created and an email sent with the user(email address) an invoice sent via email (using an email template with logo) the viewer will be taken to their account where they will have a "Welcome", "What happens next", "current status as what' happening", "Messages", product overview (Similar to vimeo), billing information and a support search box at the top. And all this information will be sent to me. You may wish to use wordpress as a cms. In the messages area: I want the ability to send an email and also add this to a messages section of the users account; but also i want the customer to be able to send a message if needed. What's happening: I want to be able to change the status as progress goes.
