The web site will have multiple features which allows each subject to select whatever services or type of relationship the party is seeking. Included in the project will be the requirement for a shopping cart and payment system. The first design should be as simple as possible. This will be an on-going relationship between the developer and the employer; wherein the web site will be improved constantly as the service develops. The employer welcomes suggestions from developers as to how to get this project up and running in the shortest possible time. The website must be created on the osdate platform.
