css / php cosmetic changes to existing site

I need some cosmetic changes to the existing website: [login to view URL] - I need to remove the photo gallery on the home page as there is already a "photopage". - I need to add an image of a CD which is going to be a hyperlink to the product store where they can buy the CD. - I need to add long sleeve sweatshirts and hooded sweatshirts to our existing products on our product page, and have the ability through the admin page to add various products with various sizes. - I need to add a streaming music player. (Songs to be added I will give you later) - I need the "forum" & Lyrics", "facebook", and "Youtube" custom buttons redesign. - Last but not least, I need the site to have a more "Italian" feel. I'm not liking the current color scheme (i.e. home page banner and background colors). If you can make these changes we will select you as a service provider and escrow the funds immediately.
