A bunch of small changes to my website

I have an existing website, [login to view URL], that I'd like to make these changes to. 1. I'd like to change the text on the home page banner. 2. On the home page form, move the New User Button up. I'd like to place the text "RETURNING USER? ENTER EMAIL BELOW:" on one line. (similar to the Get Started page.) 3. Change the text on the "Quick Search" section to "QUICK SEARCH OVER 70,000 APARTMENTS". This text is part of an image. 4. On the home page form, move the fields down and place the text "Complete the form below to search our database" the text should be bold and in the same color blue as "GET STARTED NOW" 5. On the Get Started section to the left, remove the octagon from around the 3 at the top. Place the "3" in the same color as the "EASY STEPS" text next to it. 6. On the home page, move the numbers (1 2 3) and text (Search Our Database, Compare Apartments, Collect Your Rebate) up. I'd like to move the text "NOW" up so that it sits level with "VIEW" and "VIEW MAP". I'd also like to text "NOW" to be in the same font size as "VIEW" and "VIEW MAP". 7. move the text, "Search Our Database" to be level with the image of the #1. Move the text "Compare Apartments" to be level with the #2. Move the text "Collect Your Rebate" to be level with the #3. All of the text sits on the white line. I'd like to move all this text to float above the white line and site level with the numbers to the left of them. 8. Also on the GET STARTED section, I'd like to remove the white background from around the text "NOW" button at the bottom. Make the text and the chevrons the same size as the "VIEW" and "VIEW MAP" text. 9. In the lower right hand on the index page, switch the telephone number and the email address. 10. On the ONE TIME captcha gateway, I'd like to move the captcha down and place some text above it. I can provide a screen shot. 11. Add a Blue submit button on the captcha gateway with white text that says "SUBMIT" 12. On the Contact Us page I'd like to add an image and an area for text. I can prodive a screen shot. I would like to do the exact same thing on the REFER a FRiend page. 13. on the Get Started page I'd like to add an area to hold four images. I can provide a screen shot and the images 14. on the Thank you page I'd like to place an image of a thank-you sticky note with text to the left of it. 15. Center the chart on the Terms & Conditions page
