blog template design wordpress

since i can't find what i want in a pre existing theme I am looking to throw a small amount (starting at 75) into a design that will do the following: dark theme (minimalistic) with vibrant accent colors that can be easily read the look of a large site rss link needs to be well advertised, currently i am lacking subscribers via feedburner (large rss icon, rss options on each post, be creative) text logo design (nothing fancy) user must have a clear understanding that this is a t-shirt blog upon first visit/glance must work flawlessly with ms-livewriter Small ad space that I could manage manually via [login to view URL] References: Sites that I like with a dark theme: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] only creative people with the eye for design (and an active portfolio and positive feedback!) will be choosen.. thanks
