blog and feeder setup/customize

Need some blog tool installed in a website. This tool must allow include automatically news from other blogs, allowing add new sites in an easy way. Each news added must be reviewed and accepted or not for an administrator, sending an email with a link allowign review the news and accept or not in a single screen. You have to setup and secure the application and apply some design changes: including a logo and minor changes on colors and styles. I'm looking for an already existing solution or could be hacked in a matter of hours, need it running today. Winner must be available thru MSN all the time until the system is running. Thanks Pepe
