This is a site is where a user can print up the legal paper work to sell their vehicle to someone. Like legal zoom is how I want this to work. There will be a forms page were they can input there information and pay for the service then the site will save their information in a database and let them be able to print out the paper work as well as email them a copy. I have designed the forms as well I have my own hosting with the web site template designed the way I want as well as a database. What I need done is the pages be built in PHP and the rest of the pages be finished. The website is [login to view URL] and you can see what I want it to look like, I can send the template built in Dreamweaver as well as the form pack this is a PDF designed form set with 6 pages in it with all the fields built. When the user receives the forms to be printed after they are filled out by the user and paid for I don’t want the user to be able to modify it. It needs to be secured somehow. A secured login page will be needed so the user can come back and retrieve the forms if they lose them or just need to be re-printed for whatever reason. A secured check out page at the end of the interview process will be needed not sure how to do that so that is up to you.
