When you hover over a video, you get still-thumbnails When you click video, you are taken to video page On the video page, there are ads on the right of the video I want a comments section (only for registered members) and ability to THUMB UP or THUMB DOWN a video. For every thumb up, percentage % goes up. For every thumb down, % goes down.
