Auction Website

I have a website to go online, it's a PHP auction website that has template .html files to change the look of the website. I've tried to change it but my html, php and css knowledge is very limited. I have the original template folder, the template that i've worked on, and i need someone that knows about this to work these template files so that i can get a different look to the website. I've been working on a local server, because the website php needs to be installed for the php and all the features of the website are fully functional. I can provide all the necessary files for you to work on, plus some tweaked files i've worked on, translated messages, etc... I attached a screenshot of what i i've done so far. You can follow my "design" idea or propose your own to approval, it's up to you. I wantt something simple, clean, that the costumer feels good browsing trough the website. What i need is: 1 - New/reworked template for the website, built with CSS and easy to make future changes 2 - That you know how to work with a locall server because you need to install the script that makes the website run and have the PHP and MySql fully functional 3 - Good, clean and modern design skills 4 - I need to integrate payment gateways to a php file. The website allready has paypal payment but i need to include atm account charging and bitpay. I have the php integration code for that, i just needed placed. Please read carefully what the needs are and only answer if you have the skills to to the job. I have a very limited budget and so if you think it's nor worth it don't bid on my project, don't waste my time, don't ask me for more money than you bidded. Good biding, Tiago Vasconcelos
