Digital currency exchange site

Hello, I am looking for bids on a Currency exchange site for the bitcoin currency. [login to view URL] *the wiki is a big help* I need a functional site that communicates with the easy to use bitcoin server client. mostly json php sql etc. Some examples would be [login to view URL] Http://[login to view URL] Id like for fully automated transactions between the bitcoin client and other payment processors like dwolla (dwolla is mandatory, it has an easy to use api as well). So a user can intitiate a deposit from dwolla to my exchange, and it gives them the proper credit in "my exchange $'s" their also has to be a account balance for bitcoins. The basic site would be putting in a buy or sell order for Xamount USD to Xamount Bitcoins and other combinations. If it sounds like a functional site/databse you can create with the utmost safety implicated, then let me know. Also if you have any more questions Id be happy to answer them.
