Design a cashback site

Hi, I am looking to build a cash back site that will also contain coupons of related merchants.I am a software engineer with 10 years of experience but i am currently short of bandwidth to get involved in this fully but I have a rough design of what i want in my mind and i can let you know in detail once the project is awarded. The website should have 1. separate page for admin related activities ( adding new merchant, see user cash back details etc) 2. tracking of the user click to merchant site 3. ability to add coupons 4. the most important is the site should be jazzy and cool 5. All other common functionalities you expect from a cash back site I am also looking to know how to get in touch with all the online sites and to get coupons specifically for me. If you know details regarding this and are willing to guide me on those i can pay extra for you too. I am looking for a company or individual freelancer who have already developed a cash back site. If you have not developed a cash back site before please dont bid. You need to provide the cash back site website link that you developed in private message while you bid. The project duration will be 2 months. I will approve the design you propose before you can proceed with the development.
