Defualt template redesign

I have a PTC (Paid-to-Click) Script which is YourOwnBux V4 which has a default website design on it. I will be needing a complete redesign of the script which includes all pages within the script as well as the forum phpBB to be skinned in the same design concept. I have a logo ready to go which will have the two colors that I would like to primarily use throughout the site. Since the script is all ready to go all you will have to do is create the images and edit the css to complete the design of the site. I will provide the logo and all the script files once the project starts. I am looking for a very clean and sleek website design with a professional touch.
