Customized B2B Website

Hi! I am in need of a programmer who can develop a website with similar functions as [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] but same interface as tradekey.com. Please see below for more information about the project. • A common platform where buyer/seller (Client, Consultant, Contractor or Supplier/Service Providers), companies only can search, browse products and services offered on the website • We are targeting country specific (Qatar) Construction Companies and Suppliers and those who would like to make business in Qatar. • Basic features of a normal b2b websites may be included but please note that we want to concentrate more on the Products, Suppliers and Services Directory, Tenders, and Trade Shows. The website is not like the normal b2b websites because there are additional features that we would like to include like o Account Management – 1 Company may have 1-many users who can access their account. o Contact Management – A buyer/seller may add a preferred contact or company. Add a suppliers payment and delivery terms. o Inventory/Products – add/upload /delete detailed product description - quantity, pictures, and prices. A Template (in Excel) can be uploaded for multiple products to save time. o Send/Receive Request for Quotations (Inquiry Basket) o Compare received quotation from the subscriber’s selected suppliers o Order Management – after reviewing the prices, a company can make orders (temporary invoice or order list will be provided by the system) but delivery and payments will be directly done from the selected supplier o Communication (Email and Chat) – communicate with buyers/seller directly o Transaction Histories – export all transaction histories in Excel file • Web Admin will have a dashboard where he/she can customize features per client (which will determine the subscription price). • Payment Gateway for paid subscribers – through Bank Account or Paypal – auto renew (with option to deactivate via check box) which will be managed by Web Admin. • Invoicing to suppliers and buyers will be made in the Account Management. Notification for renewal a month before expiration should be automatic. • Once paid, a verification email will be sent to activate the premium subscription. • Registration should only be open to companies. Free subscription allows companies to add their general company details and be searched by other users. Paid account allows them to post (number depends on the Web Admin) Ads, products/services and prices, Company details. Paid subscriptions are verified though phone calls and by submitting Company Registration requirements, which will make them a “Verified Member”. • Paid members (whether buyer or seller) will be given their own webpage. If supplier, they will be given space for their profile, company updates and webstore, while for contractors and consultants/clients, they will be able to add/update their profile and Projects (completed, ongoing and tender projects) • News uploaded by registered users may be added in the homepage • Budget: Max $5,000 • Scope of Works: Design, Development, Testing/QA, Mobile Integration, Documentation • Timeline: 4-8weeks; sooner the better • Hardware & Software: please propose a recommended platform and hosting/ dedicated server specs taking into consideration the following target clients: o 5,000 supplier web pages (their own webstore/profile page) o 500 concurrent users per day who will get Request for Quotations and Orders • Please provide similar experience (if possible, links of your previous clients) • Related websites: [login to view URL]; [login to view URL]
