Customize website.

Hi, I have a real estate website which is a big website with complete features. I bought it from [login to view URL] I'm making a website that has apartments and condos listings. I have bought the script already. It's a ready made script, ready for use. but I need for a php guy to customize my website. It's a big project, a big website but 90% of the work is complete. I need to hire someone to do the remaining work. I want someone who can work closely with me and has excellent knowledge and skills. Now, I need to customize my website. I need to make many changes. I will provide complete details in a file. Here is what I'm looking for. 1. Need 4 languages. The script is already written and supports 20 [login to view URL] I need to make a small change in the urls of different languages. 2. Build a shared database. That is, other websites can use my database. 3. Category listing search. 4. rankings of search results based on payments/bidding. 5. Hi, - I want to the following currencies. Thai Baht, USD, Yen, and Pounds. - For searches and advance search, I will provide the details again. - When signing up or logging in. I want separate accounts for 3. Agents, buyers, and home owners. - I want point systems. Like in freelancer.com. When you have some activity, you get points. I want that in my website. I will set the points for different activities myself. - Payments gateways. I have all of them already. Just put them in place. - When agents share a listing, their contact information is shown to the receiver. And my website logo or name or banner (to be decided again) is shown as an advertisement. The receiver will receive the email from the agent's email. Not from my website's email. (to avoid going to junk). And once the listing is shared, a copy of sender's and receiver's email id and the email sent should be sent to me. - Agents profile Page with photos and useful information. Along side the photo, the ratings should be shown. And testimonials should also be there. Calendar for agents availability. I need photo, ratings, agent brief, experience, feed backs. I will let you know the layout again. - Satellite websites. The system should be that, satellite sites or network can use my database. Will provide more details These are the major ones. I am looking for a long term business, as you can see. I will have networks, so every time i make a new network site, i will need you again. regards
