Custom WHMCS template design integration

Hello Guys, What is this about: --------------------------- I have a design, which needs to be integrated in to WHMCS billing software. The integration process is started, but it is not finished, it is pending since months already due to lack of time. Anyway, as far as I remember, the integration process is around 60-70% complete. I have the PSD design already cut in pieces and converted into HTML/PHP. What needs to be done: ---------------------------------- Your task will be to finish the integration of the design. You'll need to inspect the work done and to fix any mistakes made so far, if any. Homepage and product pages are pretty much done already. You will need to do the whole shopping card module, as well the live-chat interface. I will provide you a functional virtual machine(Debian6 32bit) within the work process and a development license for WHMCS, so you can finish fully all details. Everything is already uploaded there and working. When you apply for the project, please post an estimated time you will need to complete the task. This is not crucial, the deadline can be extended with few days, but generally I want to know how long will it take until the work is done. Design capabilities of the individuals/teams, which will apply for the project are an advantage, as I might want some details changed/modified. If there is additional work involved, than the above described, the budget will be extended, of course. If you have any questions, just let me know ;)
