Custom Print Feature for webpage

I need a simple job / coded My website [login to view URL] uses html/css/php and mysql I need it done for [login to view URL] and the idea is a dog business owner publishes his/her ad and is able to print the ad with a section at the bottom of the ad with a tear off sections like you see at your local stores cork boards. (The top of the page after the logo should say [login to view URL] Presents than underneath the following) The print feature should automatically takes the pages logo, ads title, description and telephone and the only options is if they want to print with images or not The print feature should also take the title and phone number and add it to the bottom of the page in a tear off type style you will not get paid before the job is completed and tested. I will give you access to my test domain which has the same site up just a different domain quite a few other little things looking to do as well.
