Custom Phpfox module

i have petition module demo like this [login to view URL]

i want make it and integration with highchart , so when user click sample link above can show linechart highcharts..

data can get from every item petition..

my customize focus on to get petition id in sample is 88..

i list my code where cant handle to get petition id

i use sample manual with put 69 petition id ->where('ua.petition_id=69')

its working..but i want how can get this id every view petition item sample [login to view URL]
