Create OptipizePress Squeenze (landing page) page

I want you to make a new squeeze page of what is found on [login to view URL] current page don't convert much. 2% of traffic clicks on the form, but they never signup. 55% of traffic clicks on the gold chart. So I want you to make a new squeeze page, I think I have all the graphics needed, and in addition there are numerberious short codes that is available via the OptimizePress theme. Also want to add validation on the form so when submitting it checks that form is correct filled. Would be nice if you could setup an optin box which appear when user navigate from the page, but not sure that is possible as I don't have any autoresponder (this is not Awaber). If not maybe redirect user to another landing page on exit, if to apply with bing adcenter
