Create a Contest/poll between friends

Here's what we need: each user has to register there will be a total of 50 users each user can upload a picture each user votes each picture with a score from 0 to 3 points each user has a maximum of 50 points for ALL the pictures the user can't vote his own uploaded picture During the vote you can't see the name of the author. At the end of the poll the result must be: 1. rank of pictures 2. for each picture it must be displayed the author 3. for each picture it must be displayed who voted and how many points gave to the picture
