Completing a half done website -

Hello- This post is in reference to my partially complete web project: [login to view URL] Loopagain allows tutors to post tutorials, that can be bought by students; at the same time, students can ask questions on the website. Any number of tutors may post tutorials to those questions... and anyone can be a tutor, and sell a tutorial if they have one to sell. The site closely works on the pattern of studentoffortune dot com Project is almost complete with respect to most design work and many functions, but still needs work. I am looking for a web designer/developer to complete the work remaining. Please see the files attached with this message, which detail what work remains and what needs to be done still.
