Codeigniter simple webshop website with CMS admin.

Hello, I need a simple webshop build for my website that sells carpets. I want to use codeigniter for this. I need also a admin part so I can manage the webshop. basic CMS functions, creating menus, headlines, objects to sell, manage shoping, users, etc. Users can register and login, or shop as a guest I only need a simple design, I will do the design myself, so you dont need to do the design. Only thing you do is the template. I want the template to be as prestashops : [login to view URL] Project Description: About coding, the coding must be well commented, and I need a technical .doc file, that describes the steps, how you did do this. comment on coding, methods, results, and own comments about it.
