We are looking to create a client portal that will allow our clients to securely upload and download documents.
The portal will need an admin section that will be easy to add remove and mange clients with their own personal login. The admin would also need to be able to manage the documents
When the clients do login they will see their own portal area and no other clients information or documents.
The client portal area will need to have an area to upload documents securely, links to a intake questionnaire that is ran off of another site and links to documents that they may need to download.
The documents we ask for are mostly very specific. I would like individual download areas for each document type. As documents are uploaded the corresponding section on the portal page will change to indicate that the document was uploaded. For example, we require pay statements for the debtor and co-debtor. In this example when the client uploads the paystubs for the debtor then their font may change from red to green, or some other indicator of the upload.
As documents are uploaded there should be a link sent to an email address letting us know who uploaded what document.
