Classified Ad Site With Basic Categories & Adult Section

I need a web designer / coder to design or use current script already on hand for a Classifieds website. [login to view URL] website must include a Easy to use Control panel so that I can manage the site without any problems and either create or change listings, ad advertisements manually and interactively by paying or free customers . [login to view URL] must be proven to be bug free and proven to never crash or fail. 3. Must be able to go from Free to paid ads with the click of a button in control panel 4. Once I change the site from Free to Paid... The users must have many options for example...Like [login to view URL], The person who places the ad can buy Bold ads, they can pay to have their ad highlighted, They can pay to have their ad featured and they can pay to have a photo next to their ad.. 5. Each section must have a master ad area...Example, the area where everyone list their cars for sale would have a banner area for a car dealer where he can pay much more than regular listings to have his one banner at the top of that listing area.. OR ...The homes for sale area.. The master ad would have the top area for his one main banner and the regular ads will be below it.. 6. Must have regular area for average everyday listings, hotels, cars for sale, homes for rent, things for sale etc... 7. This website will be called .....InOkinawa.com... Based in Okinawa and to focus on Okinawa Japan but don't worry, English is the language I need it in.. Also this site would be required to have an ADULT AREA for adult classifieds covering men and women seeking dating etc.. also the whole spectrum of Escorts, fetishes, casual date, massage services etc... 8. If possible I would like something that can populate from Craigslist for my area ???? like once per day it would grab Okinawa listings ?? This may be a problem but I'm not sure, please let me know.. TO BID ON THIS PROJECT ..YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE SAMPLES OF CLASSIFIEDS SITES THAT YOU'VE EITHER BUILT OR MODIFIED TO BE YOUR OWN.. Also if you have something already made that fits my needs I may want a copy of what you already have.. Please READ THIS...
