Charity donation crowd funding site like kickstarter - repost

I am looking for a developer to build me the basic code for a charity donation crowd source website. I want to emulate [login to view URL] and be able to have 3 user types (charity user, normal user, admin user). The basic idea of the website that I need written is that people log in and create an "event" (like a project in kick-starter). This event can have participants who are part of the team. To be part of the team the organiser needs to be ale to give the password or code to the team members who then in turn sign up to be part of the team (can provide more information if needed). Once the event is created they then can start receiving donations (similar to kick starter pledges but without the reward). I need admin to also approve or decline charity user sign ups. Also I need all donations for the events to be in a MySQL database under each charity name so that they can be easily extracted. I have also attached a document outlining some of the key features.
