Changes to existing website

I have a website thats almost complete. However I need some changes done to it asap.. 1) When checked for errors web3 it gives about 200+ errors. I would like someone to check for these errors and fix them.. the website works fine even with these 2) Sometimes the alignment goes off when viewed on ie6 or firefox fix these 3) Right now the developer has done a back end panal and the page gets loaded in the middle panal... however these files are only files that are attached to a menu item. We would like to make it so that any html file can be loaded even if its not attached to a menu 4) Create a simple template so that the client can just change this html template when creating new html files (very simple) 5) Fix the way it does the search and show the search results...
