Centred Website - Encyclopedia - Hidden Truth

The website will be an encyclopaedia of information from tons of sources and evidence. The pages will need to stretch but the whole site must be centred with a button menu on the left and a bar for free adverts maybe on the right. It must be easy for maybe 5 or 6 people with no knowledge of web design to post news. I know I'm not asking much ;) but any profits generated from this site will be handed straight to groups like the 911 first responders and other organisations. If you think you’re up for this money can be negotiated.
