Business Advertising Directory and classified ad site required. Design Build & Test

I require a complete build and design of a fully functional, user friendly website with an easy admin area. The site is a Business directory & classified advertising website, To give you an idea of website i would look at [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The site is mainly a business directory but i would like advertising space on it, along with a fully functional classified ads part where people can sell or trade products, also possibly a swap shop page or offer page, where as a customer can make a best offer on a sellers product, its up to the seller to take offer or refuse. on the site i would like business to advertise their business for a very small fee, with the hope of a re-ocurring payment next year. advertising space on the side of the page to be in small boxes 90x90 or similar with a premium listing price set for these (TBC). Website needs to be tested. Linked up to my social media, facebook and twitter, with a feed system in place for all adverts to show through social media pages. 5 days deadline. Design Test and 3 months support required, possibly longer depending on further developments. Please note this project is limited budget so please dont bid outside the budget range or your bid will be wasted.
