Building a joomla site in hebrew

: Hi, I need a Joomla specialist programmer to build the following site on a Joomla CMS: The project description: 1. a Joomla site for a Car agency. Its in Hebrew (right to left)! 2. Two sets of header+ top menu: A. The following header (with a different text) for most of the site: [login to view URL] B. A similar (yet a different) set of header+menu design for a few pages. 3. Hebrew (main language) + English (latter the client wants to add also Russian). 4. 9-10 items on the top menu (on each of the 2 languages) 5. On the home page - flash that consist of 7 car photos that are switching (below the top menu) like here: [login to view URL] (but different images). 6. below the flash, there will be cars symbols like on this link: [login to view URL] (but not the same symbols). when the mouse hover one of the symbols, that symbol grows, when pressing the symbol, you goes to the page of that specific car type (for example "Chevrolet", "Isuzu", Cadillac"). 7. on the car page there will be few versions of that car (for example "Chevrolet cruse", "Chevrolet Malibu" etc'). each will have photo and content. link: [login to view URL] 8. As our client is an agency of UMI and Chevrolet, he can use all the photos of these two sites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] However, the site should be a bit different, so we need to put different photo on different pages (i.e to use the same photos but in a different order of pages). 9.
