Build a website

I have a domain name that I need to be developed. I could do it myself but I don't have time. I will provide sample websites from the same niche and I need you to develop a similar (better!) website from start to finish. The niche is educaton/college. Anyone with a college degree and some common sense should have no problems figuring out the business model. I need you or your team to: 1. Understand the business model (rather straightforward). 2. create website structure. This is not mere template development - I need you to take time to think through customer order path - this should be no problem if you have experience in this. 3. The website url structure should be developed with SEO strategy in mind. I will ask you to conduct prior keyword research to see what you can dig in and then will approve/add ideas from my list. 3. Write SEO friendly content. I'm not looking for a filler text. It should be written for customers who will have to decided whether to proceed with an order based on what they read. This is very important. 4. Based on the website structure - create website template. Template should have 3 versions (i.e. home page and two types of inner pages) 5. Create production-ready website on a free CMS of your choice. I prefer something simple, dead simple. Ideally a CMS that is build on PHP MVC framework like Symfony or Codeigniter.
