Build a website for a podcast

The Question of Unusual Size: Where science and philosophy meet to get drunk. The Question of Unusual Size is a weekly podcast that combines science, philosophy, history, literature and comedy. We have a domain, we have the content, we have the ideas. We need an actual website so people can go "Oh look, it's all professional and stuff". It doesn't need to be huge and I will provide the text. I want to have a pulp sci-fi feel to it so if you want to look up the covers of "Astounding" or "Amazing" pulp magazines from the 1930's-60's then that is the feel I'm looking for. Needs to have - A Banner - An about page - A download page and archive - some exciting graphics in the style of Pulp sci-fi - And that's about it.
