Build a specialized widget for an eCommerce site

We are looking for an widget for an eCommerce metal sign site designed to allow our buyers to create custom 2 dimensional cut out signs. This technology should be based on open source software already in use in custom T-Shirt, Bumper sticker, and business card sites. The widget should:
1) allow the user to see a rendering of the sign they are making which updates in real time as the user changes specifications
2) update, in real time, the price at the bottom of the page, as the user changes the options
3) allows the user to select from a list of options including a) font b) material c) placement of the characters within a defined space d) sign paint color e) sign backing f) quantity of signs e) attachment options f) rush options and to fill in a custom message in a text box
4) upon completion of the order the widget should generate a .dxf file of the desired sign with all of the buyers specifications which can be immediately fabricated using CNC technology
5) upon completion of the order this CAD file along with order information is added to an order cue view-able through an administrative window
6) the system must be accessible on a wide range of browsers and without the need of proprietary plugins
User Flow
1) Users arrive at a splash page
2) the click on a "Create My Custom Sign" button on the splash page which leads to a new page containing the widget
3) users select from a list with thumbnails of different types of signs including "small bussiness signs" "home signs" "holiday signs" etc...
4) the user selects from "free standing" "hanging" or "bolt on" sign
5) user sees the shape and style of the sign they have selected in the widget window. They can customize the sign here
6) once they have exhausted the sign options they can pay for the sign
