Build me a forum with mlm integration

I want up and run forum website. I will provide domain and hosting My forum website must integrated with mlm It only a simple integration When someone join my forum he/she will place under 3x10 force matrix Every referral of course will place under their sponsor Then he/she has the option continue as free member or upgrade to pro membership The upgrade fee is $25 per year Admin fee will be $5, direct referral commission $5 and another $15 will be divide in matrix level commission as show below Level 1 - $1.50 Level 2 - $1.50 Level 3 - $1.50 Level 4 - $1.50 Level 5 - $1.50 Level 6 - $1.50 Level 7 - $1.50 Level 8 - $1.50 Level 9 - $1.50 Level 10 - $1.50 Pro member will receive both direct referral commission and matrix level commission Free member only receive direct referral commission The only way to receive matrix level commission from their down line. Every upper line need to upgrade their membership first before their down line The different between free member and upgrade member is. Free member do not have signature in their post. They can only send 10 private massage per month and they can only store 10 private massage. Upgrade member will have signature in their post and they do not have limit in send and store private massage. All member can see their matrix tree in their member area. All member also can see which down line still free or already upgrade. And all other necessary statistic for them to keep track their performing. Also in admin area. I also need the system to send email notification when they have new down line. Either direct referral or indirect referral. Front page must contain headline/banner that rotate every few second. This headline/banner will tell in brief about 3x10 force matrix and asking the visitor to join for more information. Another thing I need is, all contain in my forum will be lock. It only can be unlock by register or login to member account. This is one example website [login to view URL] but of course it need to be change from asking free facebook like into asking visitor to login or register an account. Another thing I need is to have the ability to turn every page in my forum into referral link. So my member can use not only the front page to get referral but every page in my forum can be used for getting referral. Another thing I need is, when someone register. In their first login I want them to be shown an oto (one time offer). The oto is asking them to upgrade their membership to pro and all the benefit as pro member. For the second and the rest login the oto will be replace with login ad (login advertisement) My forum must have banner advertising. One at the top and two at the foot. All payment in the forum must be using payza Most important thing. Please calculate my matrix commission. I don’t want admin lost money instead of making money. Thanks..
