I have a total of 86 pages in few different separate pdf, i need to have them convert to HTML. All pages. Usually we will use a converter to change the pdf to html, however because of the underline is not easy. So to speak, there are some pages where we need to input underline. So, i have provided you the CSS code to use for underline.(as per attachment). So i will expect this 86 pages in html format and if there are underlines, you will use the css code provided in your html. Please do not bid more than $50 for this project. Please do not post i can do it, just state a sample or explain what you understand or problem you foresee. Thank You Eric Tham

$50 for 86 pages is not the correct budget, if you want to get real and do this properly with no mistakes then my bid is more like the proper rate. Pay peanuts and you get monkeys and a job that is not done 100% and you will be wasting your time and posting again and again to get it done.
