We are looking for a web expert to build our site for a type of cladding panel for buildings and facades. We are aiming this site at architects and designers so it needs to be modern, corporate and very functional. We have our own in-house graphic designer who has designed the layout and it is similar to the following sites:

Our designer is quite good but we would like someone who can also add their own design flair and suggest ideas for our site.
Your job will be to build the site and we would like it so that we can edit the content ourselves. We would prefer a designer from Australia but would work with designers from UK, America, New Zealand or other English speaking countries.
We are after only the best quality and would like someone with design ability but also with seo and google knowledge.
