Build a Website - Apply New Theme and CHange Homepage

I need someone to redo my website. We need a new theme applied, and all the inner pages transferred. This needs to be done as soon as possible I will need it in 5 hours time. This is a incredibly urgent project. I have a homepage mockup, also I have a premium theme which we can use and I can by any plugins that we need from Code Canyon. Please include the words "Code Canyon" when you bid on the project also I will create half the milestone and will not release any money until full completion. This is a fast paced project do not bid if you have less then 30 positive feedback, less then a 4.9 overall rating and do not bid if you have had a project reported incomplete in the last 60 days. I am looking for serious WordPress developers not people who claim to be and cannot follow through. Thanks.
