Background:
Training workshops will be offered at each Temnor Office. Workshops are instructor led training sessions or talks lasting up to one hour, where Temnor employees can learn new skills, get information and ask questions about the topic being presented. The workshop instructor is given the topics which they must cater for each month - they can choose the dates to deliver each one, must book the appropriate size room and set a limit to the number of users that can register to attend.
Task
Create an online booking system to manage the process, taking the following requirements into consideration:
- system needs to be web based
- a front and back end UI are required
- back end should allow instructors to create each workshop session in advance
- front end should allow users to view the future schedule of Workshops and to sign up to attend a session
- there should be a method to confirm a attendance/no-shows to each session
- some kind of reporting should be possible, so that stats can be gathered and assessed on an ongoing basis
additional details to help create the site:
Site - Site name (ie. London) & location
Meeting Room - Room Name, capacity and location
Class - Workshop name, topic summary, scheduled date & time, capacity, location(room/site)
Trainer - Trainer name
Workshops available at the following sites:
Site: UK - Stockley Park
Site: UK - Hanover St
Please create meeting room names for each site.
You will offer the following Workshops in February on dates of your choice.
